Procedure
- Plaster must be cured and dry (moisture ≤ 15%).
- Sand, fill cracks and apply alkali-resistant primer.
- Apply putty/filler in 2 coats and sand smooth.
- Apply 2–3 finish coats with roller or spray, allowing drying time between coats.
- Protect adjacent finishes; touch up at the end.
Acceptance criteria
- Uniform colour and sheen; no patches, runs or brush marks.
Health & safety
- Wear PPE: helmet, safety shoes, gloves and eye protection.
- Ventilate and keep away from flames.
