Smart Floor Planner Pro — User Manual

1. Start a project

• Sign in so your plans are saved to your account.
• Enter the project / house name, plot width and length (feet) and the facing direction.
• Press Start designing for an empty plot, or Choose a ready-made design to begin from a complete house.

2. Ready-made designs

• Filter by plot size (small, medium, large and villa plots) and press Use this design.
• Each design comes with rooms, furniture, doors, windows with curtains, main gate, car, trees and plants.
• Everything stays editable — resize rooms, move them, delete or add new ones.
• Use the Mirror button to flip the design left ↔ right when the gate must be on the other side.

3. Rooms and furniture

• Open the module list (left side, or the menu button on phone) and tap a room to add it.
• Drag a room to move it; drag its corners to resize. On phone use the + / − buttons in the bottom toolbar.
• Rooms snap to the 6" grid and join walls automatically. Double-click a locked room to unlock it.
• Add furniture, scenery (tree, plant pot, hedge), doors, windows, gates and columns from the same list.
• Tap a door, window or wall line to see its size and controls; use the bin button to delete it.

4. Layers for easy editing

• Press Layers in the top bar to hide or show walls, text, doors & windows, furniture, wall lines and columns.
• Turn off furniture or doors/windows while you rearrange rooms, then turn them back on.
• Hidden doors and windows are also hidden in the 3D view.

5. 3D view

• Press 3D On/Off. Drag the 3D window by its title and resize it from the corner.
• Rotate with one finger / left mouse, zoom with pinch / wheel.
• Change wall height, add a roof slab, pick exterior and interior colours and floor tiles or marble.

6. Save, print and share

• Use Save to store the plan under your account and Open to load it later.
• Tidy walls closes small gaps and straightens wall lines.
• Print / PDF makes an A4 sheet with your name, project name, date and Powered by CM PRO footer.

Design disclaimer

The Smart Floor Planner Pro produces conceptual layouts only. Sizes, wall thicknesses and 3D views are indicative. Before construction, obtain approved architectural and structural drawings from qualified professionals and follow your local development authority and society bye-laws.

Your plans and privacy

Saved plans belong to your account and are visible only to you. We do not share your plans. You can delete a plan at any time from Open plans.

Fair use

Use the planner for your own projects and clients. Do not attempt to copy, resell or overload the service. CM PRO may limit accounts that misuse it.

Printed output

Printed and PDF sheets show your account name, project name, date and a Powered by CM PRO footer.
