Planning & project controls
Site progress tracking
Keep the programme connected to site reality. Find the work front, update actual dates and review critical activities, recovery targets and two clearly separated forecasts.
WBS and floor groups
Retain imported P6 work-breakdown paths and expand the floor or work front in the Master Task Planner.
Filters and direct updates
Filter completed, overdue, pending or in-progress activities. Use the pencil to record actual start, finish and remarks with update permission.
Reviewed Excel progress
Download, sort or filter a schedule workbook, edit progress and review the upload before applying. Planned dates, WBS and links stay unchanged.
Dynamic CPM Gantt
Review normal and critical activities, links and float. Actual dates and the reporting date influence the full-network forecast; filters only change visible rows.
Recovery monitoring
Track a reviewed one-week, two-week or monthly plan, then return to master monitoring when its configured end condition is reached.
Independent EVM reporting
Enter budget, earned work and actual cost manually without QS or Accounts. Print formulas, project dates and separate physical and financial-progress forecasts.
A forecast with a clear basis
Physical completion follows the CPM activity network, not financial inputs. Financial completion extrapolates manually entered earned progress against planned progress. CPM uses planned durations rather than measured remaining-duration percentages; both indicators need planning-engineer review.
