One flat price for your whole team.

Subscriptions are billed in advance in Pakistani Rupees for companies registered in Pakistan and in US Dollars elsewhere for the selected billing duration (1, 12 or 24 months). The price is the sum of the monthly rates of the selected modules multiplied by the number of months, less any applicable duration discount.

A 10% discount applies to 12-month subscriptions and a 20% discount applies to 24-month subscriptions. Discounts apply only to the period paid in advance and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated in writing.

Access remains active until the end of the paid period. Renewal reminders are sent before expiry. If a subscription is not renewed, the workspace is locked on the expiry date and data is retained for a limited grace period before permanent deletion.

Modules may be added at any time and are charged pro rata for the remaining period. Payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by law. CM PRO may revise prices; changes never affect a period that has already been paid.

We collect the details you provide when registering and using CM PRO, such as company name, contact details, user accounts, and the project, attendance, financial and document records your team enters. Attendance features may record device location at the time of check-in.

Your data is used solely to operate, secure and support your workspace, to send service and billing notifications, and to improve the platform. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Each company's data is logically isolated and accessible only to its authorised users. Data is encrypted in transit, sensitive credentials are stored encrypted, and access is controlled by role-based permissions.

Data is retained while your subscription is active and for a limited grace period after expiry, after which it is permanently deleted. Company administrators may request export, correction or deletion of their data at any time by contacting CM PRO support.

CM PRO is a multi-tenant platform in which every record is bound to the company that created it. Separation is enforced inside the database itself, so a user of one company can never read, modify or export the records of another company, even through direct API access.

Access is granted strictly by role — owner, administrator, engineer, accountant, staff and worker — and every screen and action is validated against the signed-in user's role and their company's enabled modules. Privileged platform access is limited to authorised CM PRO personnel and is used only for support and maintenance.

All traffic between your browser and CM PRO is encrypted in transit using TLS. Account passwords and staff PINs are stored as irreversible hashes, and custom mail-server passwords are stored encrypted and are never displayed again after they are saved.

The platform is monitored for unusual activity and failed access attempts. In the event of a security incident affecting your data, the registered company administrator will be notified without undue delay together with the steps taken.

You remain the owner of all data entered into your workspace, including projects, BOQs, measurements, attendance, financial records and uploaded documents. CM PRO acts only as the custodian required to operate the service on your behalf.

Data is processed and stored on secured cloud infrastructure. Processing is limited to operating the service, generating the reports and documents you request, and delivering notifications to the recipients you configure. Where a company configures its own mail server, notification emails are dispatched through that server under that company's own identity.

A complete export of your workspace — spreadsheets of every record plus uploaded files — can be produced on request at any time, including when a subscription is discontinued. Exported packages exclude passwords, PINs and stored mail credentials.

Trial workspaces operate for seven days with full functionality and sample data. Reminders are sent before expiry; on expiry the workspace is locked, and if it is not converted to a paid subscription the data is permanently deleted after the stated grace period. Deletion is irreversible, so export your data before the grace period ends.

Trial workspaces are pre-filled with clearly marked sample records so every screen is usable from day one. A one-time tool removes only untouched sample records and never deletes data your team has entered or modified.
